CloudTorque Global is committed to protecting your privacy whenever you engage with our services, visit our website, or purchase goods or services from us. CloudTorque Global will generally use a trusted third-party payment processor when a cardholder is using a credit or debit card over the Internet, by phone, fax, or through an integrated EFTPOS system. CloudTorque Global recognises its responsibility to keep confidential at all times any information which CloudTorque Global acquires in connection with such a transaction, whether directly from the cardholder, via our website, or through the delivery of our IT services. CloudTorque Global protects personal information (at a minimum) to the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS). Please note however; CloudTorque Global's responsibility is limited to protection by CloudTorque Global of information which CloudTorque Global obtains. CloudTorque Global itself cannot, of course, control the use or disclosure by you of any of your information.

CloudTorque Global also collects personal information such as name, business name, address, email address, and phone number for the purpose of creating and maintaining customer accounts, delivering managed IT services, providing technical support, and communicating with you about your services. In the course of providing services such as Managed IT, Hybrid Cloud, Unified Communication, Support, Security, and CloudTorque Pulse (our CRM platform), we may also collect technical information including system configurations, device identifiers, network data, and service usage logs.

Use and Disclosure of Information
Our payment processor uses payment information to obtain authorisation of the transaction from the issuing bank of the credit card and to process the payment. Some details from the transaction (such as name, email, and delivery address) may be made available to CloudTorque Global through the processor's web-based transaction management system, which allows CloudTorque Global to track transactions and process refunds.Personal and business customer information will only be used and/or disclosed to trusted third parties if required by law, or to carry out CloudTorque Global's daily business, such as service delivery, technical support, debt collection, customer notifications, and the operation of platforms and tools we use to deliver our services to you. Where we engage subcontractors or technology partners to assist in delivering services, we require them to handle your information in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable law.

Security
CloudTorque Global is committed to data security. CloudTorque Global uses a variety of technologies and procedures to help protect personal information from unauthorised access, use, or disclosure. For example, CloudTorque Global stores data in computer servers with password-controlled access that are physically located in controlled facilities secured by the latest in surveillance and security technology. When CloudTorque Global transmits sensitive information (such as personal information), CloudTorque Global protects it through the use of encryption, such as Transport Layer Security (TLS) and the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol. As an IT services provider, we also apply layered cybersecurity controls - including endpoint protection, multi-factor authentication, monitoring, and access controls - to safeguard our own systems and the data we hold on behalf of our customers.

PCI-DSS
PCI-DSS, the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard, is a set of security requirements relating to the protection of cardholder data. The standard is governed by the PCI Security Standards Council, an organisation put together by the major card schemes - Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, and Discover. It is relevant for any entity that stores, processes, or transmits sensitive cardholder data, including items such as the PAN (card number), card security code, track data, and PIN block. CloudTorque Global, together with its payment processor, aligns its handling of cardholder data with the current PCI-DSS requirements.

Your Rights
You may request access to the personal information CloudTorque Global holds about you, ask us to correct information that is inaccurate or out of date, or request that we delete information where we are no longer required to retain it by law or for legitimate business purposes. To make a request, or if you have any questions about this Privacy Policy, please contact us via our website or book a discovery call with our team.
